Siani is a South Wales based blogger with quite a different perspective on South Wales. She seems to do most of her travelling around the area using public transport which definitely makes her blog stand out.
Her recent post on Kidwelly Castle and the farmhouse at St. Fagans makes me realise how lucky we are to have all of these great castles in South Wales. I’ve never been to Kidwelly Castle but it looks pretty cool. Definitely worth a visit!

I love Kidwelly. The Gwenllian monument there is interesting to check out. I want to go back and spend even more time there. I have just started a section on Wales at my blog, if you get a chance to check it out.

I’ve found that my g-g-g-g-g-g-g-g-grandmother Jane Kidwell was born in Kidwelly Castle in 1635. I’ need help in finding who her parents and their status were. Maybe her maiden name.
